Meet Terry, the founder of The Furniture Store, established in 1989. Born and raised in Piqua, he built the business from the ground up and has shared his knowledge with the entire team. After years of dedication, he has stepped back to let his children continue his legacy—now enjoying his well-earned time on the beaches of Florida!

Austin, our General Manager, has been part of the store since he was 15. He leads marketing and advertising, managing everything from Google ads to Facebook posts. Committed to continuing his family's legacy, he looks forward to running the business alongside his sister. A father of three boys, he enjoys sharing his passion for the store with the next generation.

Mara, our office manager, plays a vital role in running the store and has a keen eye for design. As a lead salesperson, she enjoys helping customers find the perfect pieces. She looks forward to managing the business alongside Austin in the future. A proud dog mom to Luna and Apollo, she can recommend pet-friendly furniture!

Morgan has been a key part of our team for nearly seven years, handling sales, pricing, and advertising. With an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and Marketing, she brings creativity and expertise to our operations. Organized and professional, she thrives in a fast-paced environment. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her fiancé and exploring new hobbies.

Travis is a dedicated salesperson with extensive knowledge of the furniture industry. He welcomes every customer with enthusiasm and strives to provide the best deals while meeting their needs. Outside of work, he is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his family.

Dan is an essential part of our team, ensuring seamless deliveries and organized warehouse operations. Detail-oriented and highly punctual, he takes pride in keeping deliveries on schedule. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing with family and friends.

Ronny, our Warehouse Manager, keeps operations running smoothly by overseeing staff, stocking the showroom, assisting with deliveries, and handling repairs. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and spending time with his family outdoors.

Mary is a versatile member of our warehouse team, handling furniture assembly, stocking, and customer pick-ups. Always ready to tackle any task, she helps wherever needed, from the office to the showroom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and planning her next tattoo!

Brian handles warranties and repairs in our warehouse, expertly fixing any damage or defects to make your furniture look as good as new. A skilled craftsman with tools, he ensures everything is in top condition. A proud girl dad to three daughters, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids outside of work.

Shelby works behind the scenes in the office, managing Community Outreach and helping connect us with local organizations and events. If you see us at an event, she’s likely there—be sure to say hi! As the wife of Austin and mother to their three boys, she keeps busy managing both her family and ensuring Austin stays organized at work.
